RE: Bondt46- Careful what you post

I happened to be very careful with my statements of fact Mr.Tranquill, I never accused CMK of misleading me or anyone else, these are your words and you seem to act as a proxy of CMK . What I said and say it again, this list of what you call "backers" and I call shareholders make up the capital structure of the company. This capital structure you find in the web site of most reputable companies. If CMK don't want to post this info, that is their privilege. But when I ask for this info directly from CMK, and do not do the "research" like a junk scientist would do to find it out, I expect CMK to comply with its legal and fiduciary obligations to release such info, or they'll hear from my lawyer. I said it then and I say it again, that CMK is not a fiefdom it's a public company and as such it has both rights and obligations to its shareholders. And from my experience with CMK, and others' as well on this Board, CMK's Investors Relations is virtually non existent; they never answer telephone calls or return calls or emails and they seem to keep a veil of silence on issues that we are concerned. As to the modes of expressions in my writing I admit I differ in that the language I use is more colourful than yours but I like to believe we still live in a country where  freedom of expression is not a forbiden word yet, but from the looks of it we're getting there. If Mr Bates is offended by my comments on the note "CEOs are not managers" it's his problem. This view is based on facts i.e., his moving production targets that has given us the last year and half. End of story
