Bondt46- Careful what you post

Please be advised that stockhouse posters sometimes post messages about a company or their CEO's that are  potentially defammatory in nature. Posters on the stockhouse message boards are not exempt from lawsuits.  There are many examples of those who have been taken to court over such postings. Even if nothing comes of such lawsuits it is not a comfortable experience being hauled into court to account for one's behaviour on a message board.

Accusations against Cline management and in particular its CEO have been posted on this board.  One false accusation has been made about the CEO hiding or failing to disclose the position of a financial backer who has long since sold shares and in 2010 declined to transfer funds into more shares in the company. By your own admission you came to "remember" this event after the fact and have ceased posting about this matter when brought to your attention.

We can only conclude that such postings are meant to discourage investors and to affect the performance of the stock itself.

I would carefully reconsider what you are doing in your posts.

Cute. Good to see you again. Wondered where you were hiding. Now we know who is behind all of this.

I happened to be very careful with my statements of fact Mr.Tranquill, I never accused CMK of misleading me or anyone else, these are your words and you seem to act as a proxy of CMK . What I said and say it again, this list of what you call "backers" and I call shareholders make up the capital structure of the company. This capital structure you find in the web site of most reputable ...more

Hey tranquills, Who made you the self appointed Policeman of this board? You must be a Parking Commissionaire in real life. Miner666. I don't put much stock in the numbers from the Citi analysis. First, I don't believe for once second that costs including transportation will be $97/ton. I doubt Cline will earn a margin of $71 per ton of coal sold. The NPV numbers are extremely sensitive to ...more
