I think the turn out of shareholders will be sufficient enough to surprise the management of CMK......to indicate to them that either they do their jobs correctly or get some people that know to make CMK into a real coal player in the market.....
CMK is a great company with great Assets, but management is really poor.....markets hate this, and will punish these kinds of companies! A company with okay assets and great management will always outperform out of the peer group due to the market having confidence in the management team to lead the company to greatness!
