RE: Cline Mining Corporation files suit against th Boss Power had a comparable suit against BC, they settled for $30m after a relatively short period of time. I never looked into just how advanced their Uranium project was, and how big of a "discount" they took from their claim.
I believe you will find that Cline had filed claims with BC in the past, there will be references to them in past MD&A's. Apparently the two sides dispute the amount; hence, off to court.
