I would think Cline has a legitimate claim here. Who knows what the compensation would be. I'd be quite happy with $200 mil. for all the properties. That should be enough to pay for the longwall and the rail rehab work.

Sure, Ark88. Cline will win the lawsuit, get paid $200 million minimum but also get paid by 2014 so they will have the funds to build your longwall. You're an idiot...or a consultant or both.

Boss Power had a comparable suit against BC, they settled for $30m after a relatively short period of time.  I never looked into just how advanced their Uranium project was, and how big of a "discount" they took from their claim. I believe you will find that Cline had filed claims with BC in the past, there will be references to them in past MD&A's.  Apparently the ...more

even if they get like a 30 million out of court settlement plus legal fees, why not take it, it will give company for flexibility and working capital.......this is positive if they ever get compensation....lol..........   its better that they are taking this to court than not doing anything at all.......right? how could this be a bad thing........might take years, but  at least they are ...more

Cal me a cynic but this lawsuit being announced the day before the AGM sounds like a way to instill hype and hope for the shareholders. You also had a news release that Dennis got demoted and then there was the news release last week about the reserves. Yet no update as to how much coal has been produced to date or how much has been sold and to whom and at what price. Maybe they are ...more
