It's not the end of the world When market is down, there is no need to dump your shares, all you have to do is buy more shares or hold your position, panic to sell or buy high sell low is not a right way to play stock. When CMK was down to .60, lots people bought in and sold when sp is over 90+, that is the right way to play and get very good profit.
