I don't agree Bond46. CMK is not a big player, especially it has not proven consistent production capacity. which determines its position in marketplace. However, players even smaller than CMS can find their share if the sales/marketing guys working in right strategy and who the customers are, end users or the buyers?

My understanding is there are over hundreds smaller size steel producers in China, comparing with those big boys that are mostly government owned makers, CMK should have focused on those smaller producers rather than state owned ones in China. Bureaucratic is much less witnessed in those smaller companies.

It worsen my concern that Sean is complaining bureaucracy, because his strategy in chinese market is wrong. My opinion only.
