RE: Mr. Ken Bates

RE: Mr. Ken Bates

I too wrote an e-mail to Bates and the new IR company....no response yet.  I took a page out of Eigen's post to get points accross to the management!  I think they are being bombarded with emails and calls as we speak.  These guys still think we are bunch of idoits, and we would believe everything that the management is saying!  See below for the copy of my email:

Hello,

As a long time shareholder of CMK for the past 4-5 years I just wanted to get something cleared up!

The following is quoted by a follow shareholder of CMK in regards today's news release after the market closed:

"The New Elk coal mine holds tremendous potential to be a major, long-term hard coking coal producer." As stated by Mr. Ken Bates in the press release today.

"Unless the four newly discovered coal seams have different
physical and chemical properties that the older
documented coal seams, the above
statement by Ken Bates APPEARS to be HIGHLY DECEPTIVE."

"A more accurate description of the NEW ELK coal would be labeled as SEMI-SOFT coking coal which get's a lower price than HCC."

I do not know why the management of CMK does not present the facts as they are and the way they should be! Instead of trying to
give false information.  This is why the share price has suffered tremendously due to the market having ZERO confident in the management of CMK, and also lacking
poorly in creditability.  CMK has great assets, but a management team that does not know how to execute it's own strategy!  So far the odds are staked against you guys in terms of producing and selling any coal in the near future.

One more thing, what is the purpose of increasing coal reserves when you cannot even sell a single piece of coal yet!  The effort should be put into
securing contracts and shipping coal out.

I was really trying not to say anything, but one can only hold in frustration for so long!  Please respond as you would like to my e-mail.

Thanks
