Money raised thru the offering will only pay for the interest on the old and new bonds and provide funds for the company to stay afloat for a while longer. Which begs the question, how long? I've estimated and posted here previouslt that they would need something like $20 mil. which seems to be in the ball park given the maximum amount that could be rasied thru the offering.

 

Again, these bond boys are pretty smart at this game. They are asking (forcing more like it) the shareholders to pay them (the interest) and accept a reduced ownership stake AND all the while with no better outlook on the prospects in the company.

 

You have to be pretty d umb to hand over more money to this guys.
