Right now compared to the worst case CMK should be around 0.35 currently without any other offers. But with another alternative on the table CMK could fetch a higher price IMO.
Still nobody has answered me in terms people on this board saying their is alot of debt out there for CMK.....people mentioning this are not backing it with numbers! The debt currently with the new 7 million dollar bond offering is around $57 million...which is not alot compared to the asset value of CMK. I am sure that with over 600 million tons of reserves in the ground take out is very possible, that is if Bates allows it.
The best possible case for CMK management is that they get a bidding war from multiple bidders which will drive up the price per share IMO......time is very limited so hopefully these guys wake up and do something fast!
