RE: Strange similar feeling You are kidding by saying nothing has changed???? Alot has changed....the fact that they actually hired an investment bank to search out other alternatives to the Marret Plan, plus who would not be looking and checking out a mine with all the infrastructure in place and resource of over 600 million tons......rather than the bondholders taking the company for cheaply as 50-60million dollars is shameful to management after all the work and capital invested over the years to revive the mine.
So IMO, alot of parties are going to be coming to the table if they have not already.....again I would like to point out it is in the hands of the management team what they do with the options presented to them.....this is a very critical time in CMK history....either the shareholders get rewarded or we are hung out to dry.......we will know soon enough........very high risk and very high reward game now!!!
