Could you please ask;
1. Are they going to dilute the shareholders units?
2. Is there an exit plan with the restructure? I.e. Selling the company or merging with another?
3. Who would they be using to get the sales contracts in place? And would China or India be worthwhile pursing?
4. Will - CLNMF:US relist on the TSX again? What is the strategy / goal?
