If you notice on the Sedar, Marret says that by financing Cline, they made an investment, alluding to the fact that they can convert the bonds into equity. The assurances of Haywood that Marret just want their money plus interest is not good enough. We needed guarantees specifying under what conditions they can convert the bonds into equity.
