RE:RE:AGM
No one asked that specific question, but Mark Haywood did say they if they can not turn it around in 6 months / year, we all lose, shareholders most of all. He did distance himself from Marret, and refered to himself as the person who is CEO / Mine Manager / marketing manager and will be hands on, Denis Marez (think that is the spelling) was sitting behaind me, and Mark continued to use him as a reference, but Mark is the guy who will be in control. He was holding back commenting on past management per say, but brought up several issues that lead to the position we are in, and how it was related back to bad management decisions. The guy from NorthEastern coal did comment out loud that he had thought Bates knew how to operate the mine and asset and can not understand why he made so many fundemental error's - Haywood wants to re list when the time is right, and referred to the new Chairman as the right person to help restructure. His own experience in the gold mining business will help get value for that asset.
His presentation will be posted on the web site, and did promise to do a better job at communication, through the web.
