david stone

anyone share to comment on this question:

why on earth, would David Stone come to this company knowing it was in such bad shape over the past few months????

he moved from austrailia, as well from Xstrata (a worldwide big mining corporation) to come to this company?

i would imagine becasue of the opportunity, but why would he choose cline?

That is a good question and I asked him that at the AGM. The resonse was that he considers this a great opportunity to bring a top notch coal mine into meaningful production. He did not elaborate further and did not indicate why he left Xstrata. I have been thinking about this angle for some time and can only speculate which i do not care to do here.   GLTA

It is simple and keep it simple.  They paid him more money then Xstrata..I bet you he didnt anticipate Cline not having enough money to go into full production.  I'll bet he'll be looking for a another job in the near future.  Cline is done...They will run out of money before you know it.  Nobody will lend them money and they wont be able to get another share price ...more
