Off take agreement signed?

Could it be that CMK is very close to signing an off take agreement?  And the word might have gotten out? Thus mine back in production?  Aot of ifs.......that need to be answered IMO before I get back into this stock!

I still hold it in my RRSPs, but I need something from the company to say they have sorted the mess out so I can buy into my regular account!  Did very well with us coal stocks and took some of the table and thinking of putting back into CMK in the next day or so!
