The question I have is if Dundee Securities can not have access to the CMK management, how on earth  a poor shareholder can get any straight answers from these pathetic characters. Probably, Bates is retiring to his conclavio to seek help from the oracle and probably find answers why reality did not unfold as it should! When people put themselves in impossible situations they tend to phantasize. Well, enough of that Mr. Bates, time to get exoverted and sell this company at once and at any price.

Bates should have been replaced at least a year ago or so......but how do you tell this to guy who is so stubborn and has no knowledge of business to be running a company like Cline.  Bates cannot see forward, if he did he would have done PP at $2.00 for say 50 million shares like a year ago to raise to $100 million in capital....then all this mess would have been avoided and bondholders paid ...more

Every job has to be managed by a professional that has the knowledge and experience.  Pig farmers should stick to what they know best, raising pigs for good bacon and pork chops, not trying to head a company that designed to produce coal.  There is a huge difference between raising pigs at the farm and developing a coal mine.  Sometimes people make mistakes, but as soon as they ...more
