Thanks for the welcome back.  We have been away resolving matters that required attention.  Seems like Cline has some issues presently being dealt with..  Everyone got excited upon the last news release thus resulting in a small rally in the stock price.  This was a great oppurtunity for the ones who bought in at .06 cents.  We feel there will be some positive news

TIME IS ALMOST UP ON Cline Mining!    In 17 days.....do you really think a binding deal can be reached?!?!?  Come on be honest!  I was expecting  some news last week, but nothing happened.....it seems less and less that the Marret Plan will or may happen.........

Sorry.....meant to say it seems more and more that the Marret Plan is going to happen after all!  There is no indication from management that anybody is even interested in talking to them let alone putting together an offer to buy or invest in cline mining.........If they had some sort of sales contract secured than it would be an easy sell......BUT NO SALES CONTRACTS.....what a waste of

The  interesting thing will be to watch what Marret shareholders are going to do after dilution takes place. According to the Plan, current shareholders have a 3-year time span to exercise the warrants and I would think they can not be short changed. In the meantime Marret themselves, even if they control the board, they can only sell their share 65% to a third party and not the entire
