CLINE STILL HAS TIME!!

Good thing Febuary is a short month for the ones that lost faith in Cline.  A group of shareholders feel a deal will not be reached by month end.  For those in this group, sell your shares on the open market and sit on the sidelines, should you feel the dilution will happen  Cline has tremendous value and will prevail.  We will tender our current position at only .50 cents per share.  All the best to everyone.  Summer22

Why 0.50 cents???? You are saying the company will be sold for less then the net equity value currently??? Does that make sense to you??  Net equity is about $230million or 1.00 per share, and you are saying CMK can only get $115 million for the entire company.     Look either one of two things are going to happen:  #1)  Marret Plan, OR   #2) Buyout, if this ...more

You're right, the CMK stock, though it may be on the ropes, it still has some bargaining power with the Marret Plan, for it can still go into production even if its equity is diluted. And if it goes into production and someone wants to buy it, he will have to pay at least book value. And if a serious buyer is interested, he may not pay the stock in cash but with shares, save the debt to Marret ...more
