yes, something is going on who are these 'guys'  that want this stock for 4.5 - 5 cents when it is headed to 2 cents.   Unless Marret has a deal of their own and want to buy up all the shares ASAP.

As SOON (if ever ???) the NON- Marret shareholders goes BELOW 10% of S/O (4+ BILLION) then it is GAME OVER for the NON-Marret shareholders. This means that ROUGHLY 25 + MILLION present shares must buy the RIGHTS to 200 + Million new shares in order to AVOID this fate. It is possible but I do NOT see this happening.   I agree.
