Key is off take agreement -  AHMSA has just increased crude steel production by 40% -  they just signed an MOH with Volestapline to purchase DRI from the proposed new facility in Corpus Christi -  Mexican market demand for steel is booming.  AHSMA facility is located in Monclovia Mexico -  close to the Texas border. AHMSA just refurvised its coke batteries -

Will not happen. 1) Cline coal quality questionable, especially after being stockpiled for so long. 2) Lot's of met coal inventory available. 3) Based on Clines poor track record, potential customers would be reluctant to sign any offtake agreements with CMK. It would be a needless risk on their part.

Coalsoul, there is a gag order by the TSX that any material info will have to go through the TSX while the prospectus and the Rights offering are in process. Any material developments will most likely be announced at the AGM or after july 31st when the day for the Rights offering is supposed to expire. I don't know what info you have and how you got it, but the writing is on the wall that
