Will not happen.

1) Cline coal quality questionable, especially after being stockpiled for so long.

2) Lot's of met coal inventory available.

3) Based on Clines poor track record, potential customers would be reluctant to sign any offtake agreements with CMK. It would be a needless risk on their part.
