Possible buyers in town......

There were 4 possible buyers from different countries at the New Elk Coal Mine looking at the mine to buy it.... England, India,  and China were among the four interested buyers and there are two more
Interested buyers coming next week to show there interest in purchasing the mine. This information came to me from a very reliable local source, so I leave this post for now with this information. With the new management we will see if they can do something with all of the potential interested buyers.

Don't  open the champagne yet guys; this company is insolvent and if it is sold say at book value of $1, guess who is going to get the money: Marret will. With the right of bond conversion of $10million worth  into equity, as soon as the company receives an offer to buy the company for, say, $200million, Marret is going to convert and Cline must issue 2billion shares ...more

Bond, imo i don't believe there are any conditions to convert and that would put you in the second scenario you mentioned. Also you assume they will sell the company for $200 million. Seem high to me.
