$500M Lawsuit

I would appreciate if someone could post an opinion/update on the lawsuit filed for $500M last May. Any idea on the timing, a potential court date or perhaps some offers that the Liberal gov has submitted to the company? Also, what has Minister Bennett said regarding the ban of Flathead Valley?
