sales of Colombia oil dropped 13% in 2013 to the United States because of shale oil Colombia oil companies looking to India and Asia and Europe to sell oil to Husky sold oil to India first time last week U.S supposed to be able to produce a lot of there own oil by 2016 protesting cracking can't compete with money
