Gamba May Issue More Stock..!!!Gamba is maxed out on his credit facilities and is out of funds.... only thing he has left to do is issue more shares to raise funds to continue spending with no accountability.... my guess that is why he got the downgrade from Canaccord...

He just finished renegotiating the debt at the begining of 2017... to issue more stock is his only option he has left - we know he won't live within the debt he currently carries...
