RE:All of Management Selling RSU's... ??????

RE:All of Management Selling RSU's... ??????They are cashing out their RSU's. RSU'S are meant to bolster retention of employees by offeriing
periodic vesting of shares so employees get neither dividends or voting rights for RSU's.
It is a form of salary and while tax aspects are expansive RSU's are usually taxed as income on vesting
based on the share price and may be further subject to capital gains if not sold on vesting date.
Now I do not quite understand what happens when they are settled for cash but my take is that realising
on RSU's is not a sign of lack of confidence as they are due on the pre-arranged vesting dates. Actually
selling shares (including exercising and selling stock options) would be more of a sign of this. Personally, I
despise most apsets of these insider benefits as they do get abused but...c'est la vie...and as long
as there are tax consequences and rigid regulation, that's something...maybe.
