Divi and NCIB make sp actions paradoxical. Maybe it is the 'Gamba effect'; as one poster says as they always seem to increase debt from qtr to qtr with no real way to determine why with cash flow being what it is. The Medellin pipe link being out to 2024 is a pitiful timeframe and then we have twp pipe financings still in the air as far as I know.
That was a shady deal with the loan/equity arrangement years ago and that party (haven't looked up their name) probably pressed for the divi.and the Arrow Exploration shenanigans clearly speak to lots of insider involvement in what actions are taken
But boy, they sure have the reserves so maybe, as a south african analyst once said about mining stocks that were in play, maybe the big players are ensuring the price stays low for a while!
