WE ARE UPSIZING THE VALUE OF THE NEW NOTES TO INCREASE THE CNE DEBT THAT WE CAN NEVER SEEM TO PAY DOWN BECAUSE WE REALLY CANNOT MAKE ANY MONEY.... BUT WE LOVE TO SPEND IT.

THE GAMBA FACTOR / SHAREHOLDERS TAKE ALL THE RISK ON THE NEW MEDALLIN PIPELINE AND THEN I SELL IT TO MY BUDDIES TO MAKE ALL THE MONEY...
