I figured something was up as nothing has been noted in any press releases for 9 months now. So all the funds (millions of dollars) spent on forwarding this pipeline is lost and worthless. Gamba and the BOD should be held accountable for not communicating these potential impacts to the shareholders.

This Press Release is likely the reason one of the Board of Directors resigned out of fear of a class action lawsuit to be launched against CNE. You have to remember the BOD Chair is a Calgary Lawyer and a serial rubber stamp BOD member of so many failed companies... JMHO Michael J. It's the first time that CNE Gamba has had legal council sitting in on the conference call and any comments regarding the country circumstances regarding lack of timely approvals. They don't want to talk about it and that's the end of that! Something fishy here IMHO....  27 million dollars spent and gone on the Medelin Pipeline...
