the # of shares you have is completey irrelevant, it's the % of your portfolio on a $ value that is. you decide what percentage of your portfolio you want to invest in cnq that's what you buy, the # of shares is totally irrelevant whether its 100, 500, 1000 or more makes absolutely no dif.
