RE:RE:RE:ConaYes, It will. Not sure what your logic is. 1. If share price is lower compared to the offering bid, people will more likely accept the bid. ie. perceived higher premium. 2. Current share price will have impact on the evaluation. ie. final value between the book value and the share price value. Lower share price will allow for lower valuation. Anyway, I don't think the share price will stay low in the next quarter after they show how much debt they have paid back in a quarter. Yet, this is getting crazy.
