When CIBC did their Formal Valuation and Fairness Opinion, they cited Baytex Energy Corp as a comparible company to Cona. At that time, Baytex was trading  at $3.23 per share. It is now trading ...more

Oil is more than $70 and they are still giving peanuts.  Its time for them to up the offer to $4 atleast.  As based on September 2017 evaluation, Cona DCF values was $12 per share when oil ...more
