Oil is more than $70 and they are still giving peanuts.
Its time for them to up the offer to $4 atleast.
As based on September 2017 evaluation, Cona DCF values was $12 per share when oil was below $45.

I am underwater CONA (also under ACTUAL water - I live in Rothesay NB and have been piling sandbags for a week). Today, I am beginning to "catch up" on TSX. Even with the May 8 quarterly report (loss of 19 cents / share), the book value is $5.65 (although debt to equity is still troubling at close to 60 percent).
