These guys are douchebags. No communication, essentially took a company that had cash in bank, easily maintained longterm debt and a reasonable share price and destroyed it all under the veil of darkness. If they were serious about acquistions and a healthy share price they would divulge some information to the market and not this cloak and daggar bullsh*t.
Much easier to make some kind of transaction if your share price was not cratered.
