Re re 3rd quarter

Waterous bought NBZ for $3.60 a share, cut out any problems with other investors, changed the name for unknown reasons, killed the dividend then ran the price down to less then $2.00. He doesn't care about the price of oil. What is he drawing as remuneration from Cona? He should be investigated by the securities commission. What is wrong with this picture??

The company was poorly managed with previous owners. The previous owners also had directors appointed in the company, so they would have known at the time when the bid came in at $4.00. The same owners/management allowed the dilution of the company for a long time and Waterous is fixing the problem now. The previous owners are also the ones who sold the company at $3.60 exclusively, screwing over ...more

That's why I sold the stock at around $3.50, immediately following when the deal was announced. I made some money on the crude oil ETF. Then, I bought back in recently. Here is the reason why I bought back. Waterous followed the regulation set by OSC when he made the deal. There's nothing wrong with that. Although, I agree that the dividend cut to zero should have been given a better ...more
