Short selling

I was trying to find out the short interest in NBZ or CONA around the time Waterous bought 67% of the shares. If there was, I would like to find out who held positions. Currently, the short interest is zero. This is good. Does anyone know where I can find this information? A $150M loss in 4 months for a stock with good potential and assets is disturbing now that the price of oil is going north, but the stock is still trading around its lows.
