Going bankrupt?

Management needs to promote investor confidence, otherwise this is going down like sinking ship...
Thinking about buying back in yet not enough information to have any confidence when WCS price is performing badly. Not going to gamble on this.

looks like they wanted the exact opposite of  your confidence so you would be discouraged and sell so prices stay low for buyout
