Minority share holders, We need to unite, If 6.94 was book value at the time of Q3 2017 while oil price was lower than today then it must be above 7.00 at today's oil price. 2.55 is  almost 1/3rd of that value. If Mr Watrous can buy stocks @3.60 when oil price was quite down than why we can',t get more than that value, when oil price is quite up from then. We need to come together to fight for our right

I doubt the independent evaluation will do/change anything. I don't think they are ganging up for 2.55. They are just following the news,Speculating that is final say from Company. IMO

So what's the plan after voting NO? I am guessing the independent valuation should come in at around $2.55 to $2.75. But the stock is still trading at $2.45 and anyone can pick up a share today just as someone who would have bought in the $3.60 to $4.00 range or higher. I also think if the management did not announce the takeover bid, the share price might have gone down below $1.50 and that& ...more

I think somebody posted somewhere that next update with details will be in next 2-3 weeks from firsrt announcemnet. Since March 7th, around 6.4 million stocks are traded and total stock held by minority share holedrs are around 30 million.I don't think all 6.4 million stocks might have been bought by people who have intensions to vote "Yes".
