I am viewing this as an arbitrage opportunity with minimal downside risk. I entered a position last week - added to it today - and I will be voting yes on the buyout. I am still hoping that in the offer will be raised, but I am okay with my return if it is not. Fun little trading opportunity for me. I am sorry to the losses that will clearly be suffered by those that have been long on this company. It is a terrible sector with out muppet of a prime minster and no pipelines to tidewater.
