About on third the price of Kearl, Less then half the price of Fort Hills, and it includes and upgrader to boot. Who would build a green field project while these distress assests are available. In fact the company is trading for less then the value of the upgrader, the reserves and bitumen production are free. I am surprized SU or EXXON have not made an offer for these assets.
