You go right ahead. And while you are at it, ask them why they have a dozen directors for a company of this structure that get paid $200,000 a year. This company needs an activist investor to get in the mix and get some people on the board. You are one weird dude. You would think that you would want to maximize their investment dollars by either investing in quality companies or by holding the management of company that one holds accountable. Apparently your plan is buy a stock and then be a cheer leader and pump away about some takeover fantasy. Good luck with that.
