House prices use to be 40,000$ in Toronto also lol I don't think that's coming back ether. No ones making $$$ on a $50 bbl. Oils very unecomincal at 50$ a bbl for everyone. Cos has never been at $4 and has a book value of $10 to 14.30$ depending on who you ask. Cos will not cut there dividend and also oil wont stay here for ever. Shale break evens are high look at my old posts. Don't listen to many nobs on here they make statements with zero facts behind it. Love when oil prices are going up these bears are long long gone lol. Don't listen to them COS long!!!!!!
