so a better offer is good and I won't complain but don't expect sky high prices, IMy original targets was always in the 12-13 range but I'm not saying that we will get an offer in this range, maybe wishing we do, LOL
but still good if there is an all cash offer every penny in my pocket is one less for the buyer.
