Replacement Costs

Replacement Costs
Really only paying replacement cost for a plant that is a going concern, that sounds to cheap. How long does it take to get people, establish process, and ultimately look towards removing the bottle necks from the project. It seems to me that you not even paying full value for the plant, never mind the upgrader and you looking at a mine with 40+ years of production. You should be paying a premium to the asset value of the mine, do the reserves not have value. Suncor management may have put them self in a place where they are reducing the value of their own business by making such a low offer.
