This clearly states that 25 parties are interested and 4 have already executed confidentiality agreements.
What's not to like about this after Williams said over and over that NO OTHER PARTIES have expressed interest in COS?.
Only the shorts need to worry about this positive news.

How on earth could 25 parties think they could raise over 7 billion. He should have just said 4, sounds more credible.
