RE:the warrantGood ! Before we only knew it was 10% (5% from Seymour and 5% from Burgundy Asset Mgt) who said not tendering shares if 0.25 SU. Now the story is 28% instead of 10 %... If I were Williams, I will handle this with extra care, because 28% + x % will easily make or break the destiny of SU's takeover.... Williams might dare to bad mouth or spoke ill of COS CEO or BOD, but he better watch out not alienating Seymour Team... Will be very interesting to see Seymour's next move...
