Jan.29, and further outI think COS will significantly cut the dividend on Jan.29, & the stock price will fall accordingly. I believe, as others have said, they will maintain a token dividend.
 I also believe a dividend cut is wise considering the current payout ratio-it's too high and will just create more debt for COS in an already challenging environment.
I think low oil prices will linger for a while yet, because the forces that created this havoc want more widespread pain to acheive thier objectives. They want to show that they mean business, and can do this again if need be.
High cost producers will then think twice before investing huge capital into new projects, knowing this carnage could happen again.. ..
