RE:RE:RE:This place is toxic

RE:RE:RE:This place is toxicIn our department im surrounded by folks all who own COS, and also are close to retirment but they seem very optomistic and willing to purchase more. So many numbers have been thrown around ie. Futures at 75/Bl in summer but its pretty clear its closter to 55 midsummer. The important thing for us is job security, in my department if we were to close, I would be retrianed for someother dept, even send me to school or maybe move to a Heavy Equipment operator position, (Its a fairly easy transition and pays very well :)

We're told we are safe, and then personally from the CEO and CFO. They like to keep an open line of communication here to avoid from having a union come in. like Suncor. As someone said at Syncrude before, the guys in the mine get Pizza and Cake working Christmas eve, at Suncor, good luck getting a pat on the back at the end of the day!
