                        You appear to have a good detail on the Crescent bank facitities, but when you say that  "they might sqeak by in the 4th quarter but the 1st quarter of 2015 will be ugly",
have you made the cash flow and funds flow calculations including current Crescent hedges ?  I anticipate, based on pubically indicated 
 hedges and production,  that funds flow and cash flow will be quite similar in Q4, 2014 to their Q3, 2014 numbers  ($618 million F/F and
$583 million C/F) and in Q1, 2015 Crescent has over 50% of production hedged in the $90 region. Certainly oil price at current levels, if they extend through most of 2015 would seriously hurt,
